Valiant
Technologies, Inc. is
an advanced adhesives technology company that manufactures
and markets environmentally friendly adhesive, filler and sealant
products to the do-it-yourself and professional maintenance
repair and operation markets. The company’s
first successful consumer product launch, EZ-Poly® "The
Original Multi-Mender™", is a new and innovative
specialty adhesive filler sealant that structurally bonds,
glues, patches, seals, fills and rebuilds concrete, wood, brick,
stone, steel, glass, metal, masonry, plaster, ceramics, fiberglass,
porcelain, tile, rubber, fabric, wallboard and more. It
is a non-epoxy, non-cementitious, odorless solution that is
safe to use in all conditions. A new line of EZ-Poly
products; Concrete Crack Filler, Wood Rebuilder and Multi Mender
with a new, easy to use delivery system is now shipping. Valiant
Technologies, Inc. is located in Poway, California.
Management
Gary
Andrews, President and CEO.
Prior to joining VTI, Mr. Andrews was a Certified Financial
Planner with FPI, Inc., a wholly owned software subsidiary
of the financial services giant Allmerica Financial.
At FPI, Mr. Andrews managed sales efforts to Global
2000 companies, presenting and securing national and
international contracts with companies like Merrill
Lynch, Alianz and General Electric. Mr. Andrews
has held senior management positions with major accounting,
financial services and business consulting firms and
co-founded and built two multi-million dollar licensing
operations for a national ground transportation company
based in Los Angeles. He graduated from California
State University, San Diego with a B.S. degree in Business
Management – Marketing and is near completion
of graduate work at Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
Peter Bouvier, Founder and Chairman.
Mr. Bouvier founded VTI and brings twenty five years
of experience in adhesives technology, loudspeaker manufacturing
and computer engineering/information technology to the
company. He was formerly President and CEO. Mr.
Bouvier has brought new adhesive technologies to volume
manufacturing assembly line processes resulting in increased
productivity and improved product quality. He
has successfully managed software and computer system
integration projects for Advanced Research Projects
Administration (ARPA), NASA, the Department of Defense,
and the telecommunications industry. With a family
background in footwear manufacturing Mr. Bouvier has
extensive understanding of assembly line management,
adhesives, production processes, plant layout and organization,
and business structure and operation.
Marilyn Musgrave, Production Manager, Corporate Secretary.
Ms. Musgrave is a founding shareholder of VTI.
She brings nearly 50 years of business experience
to the company. Her varied background as a chemist
ranges from her work in cancer research to office manager
for a pathology lab to founding and operating her own
successful business. Ms. Musgrave has been instrumental
in establishing VTI’s accounts, sales and product
distribution services, and corporate filing system.
Advisory
Board
Eric Nelson, PhD.
Dr. Nelson is the company’s technical authority.
He brings over twenty years of research, development
and executive level management experience to VTI. Dr.
Nelson’s expertise in physics has proven to be
instrumental in overcoming the special packaging challenges
posed by the product’s extreme liquidity.
